They Sold my pizza to the wrong person

I ordered a pizza on late night saturday night. The pizza came on time, and they called me. I went outside to the parking lot to meet the driver and he told me that he did not have the pizza because he sold it to the wrong people. That is already pretty bad service, but on top of that when I asked him to bring another pizza he told me to call the store and drove away quickly. I called the store and they said it was closed and they wouldn't even deliver me another pizza if I payed. I called the next day and they were rude to me like usual.I have dealt with the people who work here a lot. The regular employees are very nice, but the managers and owners have no clue what they are doing and no clue at all about customer service. They are always very rude to me and always tell me to call back at a different time and tell me to talk to a different person. The owner tells me to talk to the manager and the manager tells me to talk to the owner. If i call at 5pm they tell me to call back at 11am next day. When I call at 11am, they tell me to call back at 5pm. It's a cycle. They are terrible. I hope this place goes out of business because it is a terrible place. The owner is the most rude asshole i have ever met in my entire life. |

Terrible Service, Don't Order From Here

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! One night I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and it was over and hour and a half late, the pizza was cold, and it was a bbq chicken pizza instead of buffalo. I have called back and they have refused to give me a free pizza (If this happened at dominos they would give me a free pizza and add on free cheesy bread). The manager even insulted me by offering me only a free topping on a pizza. They also DO NOT ACCEPT THE GRUB LINK CARD. They are supposed to accept it but I have asked them a couple times about it and then they put me on hold for a few minutes and then I end up talking to the manager and he says they don't accept it. EVEN THE MANAGERS DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! A business is supposed to work towards pleasing the customers, but this place doesn't do that at all. It is also a really sketchy place if you actually go to the store. THEY ARE VERY RUDE-NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I AM BOYCOTTING THIS FUCKING RESTAURANT!

Late Night Drunk Hunger

I was really hungry last night and I tried to find a place open late where I could get a chicken parm. I ended up ordering from here and got a chicken parm and shrimp parm and decided to splurge and get some fried chicken as well. All proved to be amazing choices, the fried chicken was wicked good and I was so hungry I ate both the chicken and shrimp parms. They were actually surprisingly really good. Another thing I found out is that it's free delivery anywhere on campus and they are open til really late. That GrubStub card works here too which worked out really well.
