great food, horrible service!!

The food here is great, but the service is HORRIBLE!! I went here with my parents and a few friends this weekend and our food took literally 1 1/2 hours. Apparently they "cook everything to order", but this was ridiculous. And the restaurant wasn't even half full! The food was delicious, but not worth the wait.
