Did you know Bombers Burrito Bar was founded on $15,000 won at the Turning Stone Casino at a poker game? No Joke! It was then that Bombers' founder, Matt Baumgartner (along with his friend, Lynn Beaumont), pursued his dream of opening up as the best burrito joint in New York!
Bombers Burrito Bar opened up as a small lil' takeout restaurant in October 1997. Serving giant burritos and tacos for a wee little price, Bombers quickly became a hot spot for students, poor rock bands, cheap state workers and pretty much anyone with a tattoo or multiple facial piercings.
Since then, Bombers Burrito Bar had opened up a kick-ass tequila and beer bar which has over 50 different kinds of beer, enough tequila to get your entire Friendster/Myspace network drunk and undeniably the best Juke Box ON EARTH!!!
Bombers Burrito bar is still, and always will be, committed to serving you the finest, largest, most delicious burritos this side of Schenectady.

Wayyy Overpriced for what you get... Not really authentic mexican food... and the wings are way to greasy, although good taste. Wouldnt really reconmmend this place except to get your birthday margarita

so me and 2 of my friends was there Friday night to get some dinner and it was the worse mexican food ever. It just wasn't what we expected and was very dissapointed. I wouldn't recommend Bombers to eat. Hot Harrys is wayy better by far. Would not come back and wouldn't recommend it. Poor quality food.

Went there with a bunch of my friends for food and it was horrible. Our fries were burnt and the burritos were tasteless and loose. So far I've been to 4 restaurant/bars in Schenetady and the best is Bangkok Bistro by far and best of all they are open 7 days and serve food until 2am !!! I don't recommend BomMers if you are looking for quality food.

Got a burrito box and a drink, came to about $12 and the burrito was as loose as shira zimmerman. I love my burritos, but this sucked.
